What you are buying.
All my prints are hand printed on my press in my studio. I use Japanese Ply blocks, or artists Linoleum, oil based inks and mainly Somerset and Fabriano papers.
The limited edition prints are made either using the Linocut reduction process, or printed woodcuts which are then hand coloured with watercolours. None of my output is giclee or digitally processed.
Each product is therefore unique, though I aim to produce them as near to identical as possible, but given the nature of the hand-made process there will always be minor variations.
I often produce my prints to order so at busy times there maybe a time lag while i get them ready to ship. Usually a maximum of 3 weeks, if you need a piece sooner please drop me a message.

Inspired by a large vintage wooden carving I have owned for quite while. It was a present from my partner and I like it very much. It is a very strange mixture of different styles and cultures, and really makes no cultural sense, one of the reasons I wanted to make a piece about it. A cultural melange.
